Job Description:
As a Retail Fiber Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in introducing customers to our high-speed fiber internet services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting and engaging customers with a friendly demeanor.
Educating customers about the benefits and features of our fiber internet services.
Conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical aspects in an easy-to-understand manner.
Assisting customers in selecting the most suitable fiber internet package based on their needs.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technology-related roles is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about fiber internet services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
