PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTResponsible for providing leadership to the product sales team within the assigned territory, assisting with the development and implementation of marketing plans, generating profitability, and maximizing organic growth through key marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssists in the development and implementation of energy marketing plans for assigned territory.
Provides leadership for energy products sales team members in an effort to generate profitable sales of energy products and services.
Ensures profitable sales growth of through target marketing, competitive analysis, risk management, and continual management and evaluation of product sales team.
Assists in developing and implementing an effective sales administration plan that includes setting expectations, training, regular in-field coaching, measuring results, and follow-ups.
Develops annual sales goals and key objectives that align with organizational goals and objectives through collaboration with product sales team, oversees implementation and is responsible for outcome.
Responsible for ensuring company credit policies and procedures are followed within assigned product sales team.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSMay oversee management lubricants inventory through collaboration with energy products salesman.
Conducts and assists with training and informational meetings.
Assists with the development of the company budget by forecasting sales volumes, projected marginsand expense items.
Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related area or the equivalent thereof, and 6 years or more of business related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate advanced marketing skills and sales leadership, supervise employees, generate profitable sales, build a repeat customer base, and gain market share.
Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Prefer to have and maintain a CDL.
Will be required to travel to travel independently and overnight.
Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant.
Prefer an understanding of GROWMARK agronomy and/or energy division products and services.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable professional certifications associated with the energy industry (i.
e.
EMS, CPS, etc.
).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
