Vehicle Description This beautiful example was restored by a former owner approximately 10 years ago.
This car was restored to be a pristine collectable that could be driven every day and also win at car shows.
the best of all worlds! If you are a Triumph fan, you need to see this car! This is a beautiful looking, sounding, and driving Triumph.
The car was in spectacular condition when I bought it.
In the past 4 months, I have done the following:
New black Stay-fast cloth tonneau with fasteners/snaps (to match perfect stay-fast top) New window rubber and felt trim New exterior LED light bulbs, incl.
new Lucas headlights with LED bulbs.
I also added LED bulbs for tachometer and speedometer.
New alloy valve cover and gasket New spin-on oil filter adaptor Fresh oil filter and oil change (special oil from Moss) Flushed and replaced radiator with 50/50 4 new hub adapters for chrome spoked wheels 5 new 60 spoke chrome and stainless spoke wheels from Roadster Factory (spoke cleaning brush came with it) 5 brand new original size red line tires (they are mounted and balanced) 4 new 2 ear chrome knockoffs for wheels Chassis freshly lubed Wheel balancing kit ($500).
This was bought so any tire machine can balance spline drive wheels.
New TR4A workshop manual Cleaned and oiled K&M air filters.
Had extra key made and both are on triumph globe key rings Bought Stromberg synchro tool (I have not needed to use it) Installed emergency hood release for backup release New Wooden knockoff wrench New, rare RundenMeister clock and stopwatch ordered from Germany and mounted to glovebox door New coco floor mats (black with red dots) More:
Heater and blower work as they should.
Car has been converted to 12v negative, with alternator and new water pump assembly, and electronic ignition.
Battery is excellent.
Has been kept on tender in a climate-controlled garage.
Bottle of dashpot oil included 9 more quarts of extra oil from Moss Paint is amazing.
Interior looks as new.
